Process purchase orders for retail sales expenditures Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers. Help team with any new item set up requirements from the retailers. Analyze the data which is related the sales admin process. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Conduct sales planning and administration management knowledge. Manage all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Co-operation, collaboration with Sales Distribution team & Paradise team. Ability to motivate and lead a team.

Executing marketing strategy and execution of plans for existing products. Developing and managing advertising campaigns. Researching demand for the organization’s products and services. Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements. Support marketing manager in the development of marketing strategies to set suitable service and prices for products. Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of marketing teams. Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary.
