Taking a leading role in financial and cost accounting of the manufacturing business and responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations in the trading business. Review daily transactions (including advance request, payment vouchers and accounting entries) prepared by the accountants. Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations Monitoring month-end and Year-end closing & audit issues Supervise daily cash in and out flow of cash books, petty cash book and cashier. Responsible for account team’s ground stocks taking quantities Perform a final check for payment & receipt vouchers. Prepare debtor confirmation, creditor confirmation and bank reconciliation. Preparing monthly financial report on time related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses and handle full set of accounts function. Cooperate with the relevant departments, teams, and external consultants if required. To advise the Management on Corporate tax planning, tax forecast and tax calculation and any other tax related matters. Preparing Reports on Company Performance Including Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Analyses. Develop and Maintain the Cost Accounting System, Process, Documents and Records of the Organization. Help Management by Overseeing and Analyzing Cost Expenditure to make Recommendations about Cost-Efficient and Financially Feasible Cost Options.
Familiarity with HR Best Practices, Labor Laws Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management.
