Set up die-cutting plates on the machine in accordance with the production schedule provided by the planning department. Approve and inspect assigned work to ensure it meets quality standards and work instructions (WI). Supervise and monitor subordinates to ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance, training, and continuous improvement strategies to enhance work accuracy and efficiency. Assign tasks and oversee the quality and productivity of team performance. Conduct routine maintenance and ensure the die-cutting machine is in optimal working condition to achieve high-quality output. Participate actively in company-wide initiatives and cooperate with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Working Environment Committee. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, including tasks related to safety, occupational health, environmental conditions, 5S activities, quality systems, and environmental management systems.
