We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team in Yangon. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities on a daily basis to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Review structural and architectural drawings, BOQ, and method statements before and during construction. • Monitor and control construction progress against the project schedule and report updates to the Project Manager. • Ensure all works comply with Myanmar National Building Code (MNBC 2025) and ACI 318 structural standards. • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on concrete, formwork, rebar, masonry, and finishing works. • Maintain accurate site records including daily site reports, material delivery records, and inspection logs. • Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns. • Ensure all workers follow safety rules and site regulations at all times. • Assist in preparation of progress claims, variation orders, and material submittals when required. • Attend site meetings and technical discussions with clients and consultants. • Support the Project Manager in handover documentation and snag list completion at project close-out.
