Responsibilities and duties Review the sourcing suppliers and submit proposal for the materials which are requested from the respective department to purchase Communicating with suppliers to determine product availability and pricing Overview in the implementation of inventory control procedures and policies to reduce loss, improve accuracy, and manage stock levels. Tracking orders, receiving and unpacking incoming shipments of merchandise, and maintaining purchasing records Work effectively with cross department and organize inventory for easy access Regular stock checking, keep up to date record of inventory items and prepare report as needed Act as point of sales for school merchandising items, uniforms and other items Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager and director
Assist and support overall offline marketing in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, product launches, and promotional events. Develop and maintain event checklists to ensure all event aspects are covered. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services. Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events and offline marketing campaigns. Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations. Monitor and report on event budgets, ensuring expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget. Help manage the inventory of marketing materials and ensure they are available for events and campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement offline marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for offline marketing initiatives. Assist in the analysis of event and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
