1. Video Editing Edit short-form videos primarily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media campaigns . Edit event highlights, school activities, promotional videos, interviews, campaigns, and other marketing content. Create strong pacing, storytelling, transitions, music synchronization, and visual flow. Adapt editing styles based on the target audience, campaign objective, and platform. 2. Social Media & Trend-Based Content Continuously monitor current TikTok/Reels trends, formats, editing techniques, music, and audio. Translate relevant trends into content appropriate for the school's brand and audience. Develop creative editing concepts rather than simply following existing templates. Understand what makes short-form content engaging and attention-grabbing. 3. Color & Visual Consistency Perform color correction and grading on video footage. Work confidently with different camera profiles and formats, Mainly with S-Log. Develop appropriate visual looks for campaigns and maintain consistency across related videos. Ensure final videos maintain a professional and recognizable school brand identity. 4. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Videographer to understand the intention, context, and requirements of captured footage. Provide feedback to the Videographer when additional shots, angles, or footage are required. Collaborate with designers, photographers, marketing staff, and other members of the creative team when required. Take creative direction and feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently. 5. Workflow & Delivery Manage multiple editing projects and prioritize work according to campaign and school deadlines. Deliver content within agreed timelines, including urgent or last-minute requests when necessary. Maintain an organized project, footage, music, graphics, and asset structure. Ensure final exports meet the technical requirements of each platform. Required Software Essential Adobe Premiere Pro CapCut Pro Other professional video editing software where appropriate
Position Objective The HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR databases, and providing support to recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll activities and providing support to HR Team if needed. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and files. Process HR-related documentation and forms, including new hires, probationary evaluation, terminations, and status changes. Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee welfare program. Assist in employee onboarding activities, including orientation, banking process, insurance paperwork, training, and paperwork completion, SSB documentation. Assist in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management. Assist in organizing and planning employee events and activities. Manage HR-related communications, including employee newsletters and announcements. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain employee files. Perform other HR-related administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times. Manage and record all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, messages, and letters. Record and report daily and monthly attendance list of staff. Control the admin store for daily and monthly issue, including keeping records of medicine in/out, drinking water in/out, daily newspaper, and other supplies. Assist with daily administrative duties, such as filing, printing, scanning, and operations processes. Check, list, and maintain the office inventory fixed assets list and report to the Senior Operations Manager. Perform other special duties as assigned by the Manager.
