The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing all electrical systems, power infrastructure, and automation equipment machinery, managing factory power stability, and supervising a technical team in strict compliance with safety standards Manage and oversee all factory electrical systems, installations, and maintenance activities. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and equipment. Supervise the operation, maintenance, and performance of generators, transformers, and solar power systems. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of boiler systems and water treatment plants. Plan and execute electrical load calculations, power distribution improvements, and capacity expansion projects. Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives for electricity, fuel, and water usage. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, fire protection requirements, and relevant regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and quality control checks for construction, installation, and engineering projects. Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Develop maintenance schedules, technical procedures, and engineering documentation. Lead and mentor engineering and maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and training. Coordinate with production, quality, and management teams to support operational efficiency and business objectives. Prepare engineering reports, maintenance records, and performance analyses for management review. Support continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, productivity, and safety.
The Assistant HR Manager (Training & Development) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, productivity. This role focuses on closing skill gaps in the production line, ensuring workplace safety compliance, and fostering talent growth. Monthly Training Schedules must be drawn up in consultation with department leaders. The training daily schedule must be arranged according to the monthly training schedule that has been drawn up Training Room, Attendance List, Document Record must be organized and maintained. Must consult with the departments where the exam is being held, arrange a time, and keep a document record. Design and execute comprehensive Onboarding and Induction Programs for new factory operators and staff to ensure fast adaptation to the production line. Conduct weekly on-paper and on-ground surveys to monitor and support employee development. Liaise and engage with employees periodically to support effective employee relations processes. If there is external training, you must consult with departments, make inquiries, and submit a report to MD & HOD. (Arrange for Training Bond) Prepare monthly and quarterly training progress reports for the management team. Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee training profiles and certifications in compliance with labor laws and audit standards. EC, Disciplinary Process and Survey issues must be arranged. Weekly Weaving Target Incentive checks must be made. ISO Audit must be discussed and verified. Support the HR Manager in developing clear Career Progression Tracks for high-performing line workers and technicians. Monthly report must be submitted to HOD.
Preventive Maintenance : Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent downtime and extend the operational life of equipment. Troubleshooting & Repairs : Assist senior staff in diagnosing mechanical failures and performing repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating equipment. Data Logging & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts consumed using our Computerized Maintenance Management System Continuous Improvement : Participate in projects aimed at improving machine efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing workplace safety Technical Support : Collaborate with the operations team to resolve daily mechanical issues that impact production output.
