Human Resources Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff and labor Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database. Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records. Handle staff relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, maintenance, and IT coordination. Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and labor welfare at project sites. Support project teams with manpower coordination. Handle company correspondence, filing, and documentation. Assist management in organizing company events, training, and meetings. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Supervise Operations: Directly oversee all daily warehouse activities from Monday to Saturday, managing receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch for Pharmacy products. Inventory Control: Lead cycle counting and physical counts to ensure high inventory accuracy. Enforce proper stock handling, FIFO/FEFO principles, and organization. System Management: Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and managed using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or iStock in real-time. Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate outbound scheduling, truck loading, and dispatch planning with sales/logistics teams to meet delivery targets efficiently. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in workflow, procedures, and warehouse layout to boost productivity and space utilization. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, schedule, and manage performance for all warehouse staff (inventory and logistics teams). Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all company and national safety regulations regarding machinery operation and product handling.
