Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test planned Odoo modules to ensure specified requirements are met and the system is bug-free before going live End-User Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system. Documentation: Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates for stakeholders. Master Data Support: Assist in the creation and management of master data, including Customer, Supplier, Products, and Material records. Create and oversee a comprehensive call plan for every Medical Information Officer within the respective regions. Engage in call monitoring and participate in joint calls with Medical Information Officers to cultivate strong Key Opinion Leader relationships, assess the quality of calls conducted by MIOs, and proactively identify opportunities for product presentations and brand-building events. Capture and report daily pre-call and post-call data from MIO, including feedback. Formulate customer-specific strategies to enhance relationships, boost prescription status, and achieve marketing goals and team sales targets. Conduct research on competitors and customers, and provide regular updates and reports. Plan monthly trip ways for the Medical Information Officer, monitoring trip sales against expenses. Travel to designated areas alongside MIOs to ensure effective field support. Analyze and report data on daily or monthly basis, especially calls, sales, expenses, customers and competitors Events management and implementation under guidance of the Business Manager and in close cooperation with Product Executive or Product Manager such as CME, RTD, JR, Exam, Symposium, Conference, Webinar, Product launching, etc.

Pick, pack, receive and dispatch goods accurately using the FEFO method. Inspect products for quality, quantity and expiry dates during all operations. Record and maintain stock movements using Bin Cards and inventory records. Store pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, medical devices and POSM in accordance with ISO/GSDP and FDA requirements and segregate expired or damaged items properly. Conduct daily, monthly and periodic stock take and report discrepancies, damages or hazards to the DC Officer. Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper storage conditions in the warehouse. Cooperate with team members and perform other assigned duties as required, including HSE-related tasks.
