What we do

K.T.Z Co., Ltd. commenced as business representative of UPSA Laboratories, France in early 1990s by Mr. Kyaw Thein Zan.

It was fully established in 1993 as legitimate pharmaceutical distribution company.

The company’s name, K.T.Z is descended from initials of Mr. Kyaw Thein Zan.

It grows year by year and becomes one of the well-established, systematic Pharmaceutical Products Distribution Company in Myanmar.

By 2014, the company started its new business line: Consumer Products Distribution.

By 2014, the company started its new medical concerning category: Surgical operations’ instruments distribution and services in Myanmar.

Organize and carry out daily medical calls to targeted doctors and customers to promote our products and enhance brand communication. Develop and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through effective customer relationship management to support prescription development for our products. Manage product and promotion samples efficiently to increase brand awareness and instill confidence in our products and company. Visit and engage with trip doctors on a monthly basis, constantly exploring potential market areas to expand our reach. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports of marketing activities and submit them to the concerned team leader or supervisor. Identify opportunities for brand activation such as events and implement them under the guidance of superiors and Product Executive or Product Manager. Conduct market and marketing research, with a particular focus on competitors and customer insights. Practice effective sales closing techniques and take sales orders from visited doctors if required. Actively learn and update product knowledge, market trends, and marketing skills after receiving training arranged by the company. Maintain a target-oriented approach to consistently exceed the marketing and sales targets set by the company. Display creativity, intelligence, enthusiasm, good team spirit, a positive attitude, and intrinsic motivation in all interactions and tasks.
Develop, create social media ideas and content plans for our brand pages. Ensure all are uploaded timely as per content schedule. Work closely with designers to create high-quality social media posts that align with brand identity. Stay up to date with social trends and viral content opportunities. Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices, Be familiar with Tiktok video creation tools and assist in video production. Collaborate closely with Tiktok celebrities and internal team to create engaging contents. Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages and interactions on social media. Assist in identifying influences for collaboration opportunities.
Responsible for sales and distribution, negotiating display arrangements, and recommending suitable pricing. Managing and handling cash flow while collecting credit payments within the credit period. Checking the Products display and selling price in the store. Checking and prepare the vehicles. Checking stock in the store and managing to use the First In, First Out system. Checking the vehicle situation and Able to drive safely within the respective way plan. Collecting Customer Satisfaction feedback and reporting Competitor Activities. Record to Odoo Sales Application & Sansales Application. Manage to achieve 100% for Sales & Distribution target. Communication and Co-operation with other internal Departments.
