Always need to plan and execute research into the market landscape, customer behavior and competitor’s information to oversee the pharmaceutical market and its key players so as to develop product plans both for the existing products and potential new products. Proactively look for opportunities for competitive product development, innovative market development and effective brand activation activities to maximize brand awareness and trust among targeted doctors and customers. Coordinate to develop marketing plan with concerned Marketing Manager and Senior Business Manager. Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling of all events activities such as new product launching, symposium, conferences, webinars, CME, RTD, JR, etc. Responsible to plan and design promotion materials and tools in time, and develop literatures to maximize brand awareness and for effective brand communications. Need to propose annual product strategic plan and action plans depending on the available resources and budget. Must be excellent in presentation skills using PowerPoint in the events and marketing activities. Need to visit key accounts customers to understand own product position, market share, competitor’s information and to look for potential new products development. Deliver product and market training to MRs and guide them closely to ensure every marketer have excellent product knowledge and medical detailing skills with the objective of improving prescription development process. Need to travel to other cities as required. Need to work closely with business development department and marketing superiors from Lower and Upper Myanmar.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test planned Odoo modules to ensure specified requirements are met and the system is bug-free before going live End-User Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system. Documentation: Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates for stakeholders. Master Data Support: Assist in the creation and management of master data, including Customer, Supplier, Products, and Material records. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Head to support the overall project goals. Solving emergency issues of ERP. Customize and extend ERP functionality to meet business needs.
Plan daily route & monthly trip of Brand Representatives of the team. Give guidance and direction to team members to attain certain goals and objectives. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct field visits to ensure effective execution. Communicate and build good relationship with all channel customers (wholesales, retail, modern trade and end-customers). Acquire and develop new/potential areas and customers and responsible to achieve sales target in full range. Generate ideas about online and offline events, trade show, sampling programs, campaigns and activities in details. Enquire about competitors and market insight and provide genuine feedback. Coordinate closely with sales departments and check sale figures weekly and responsible to achieve expected target sales. Manage and maintain allocated resources (e.g., expenses payable, sample usage, POSM and fixed assets of the department). Must report to Assistant Brand Manager for daily plan, weekly & monthly report.
