What we do

K.T.Z Co., Ltd. commenced as business representative of UPSA Laboratories, France in early 1990s by Mr. Kyaw Thein Zan.

It was fully established in 1993 as legitimate pharmaceutical distribution company.

The company’s name, K.T.Z is descended from initials of Mr. Kyaw Thein Zan.

It grows year by year and becomes one of the well-established, systematic Pharmaceutical Products Distribution Company in Myanmar.

By 2014, the company started its new business line: Consumer Products Distribution.

By 2014, the company started its new medical concerning category: Surgical operations’ instruments distribution and services in Myanmar.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test planned Odoo modules to ensure specified requirements are met and the system is bug-free before going live End-User Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they understand and can effectively use the Odoo system. Documentation: Create user manuals, document ERP processes, and prepare deployment progress updates for stakeholders. Master Data Support: Assist in the creation and management of master data, including Customer, Supplier, Products, and Material records. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team Head to support the overall project goals. Solving emergency issues of ERP.
Receiving and processing purchase orders promptly and accurately. Issuing sale transaction invoices and ensuring their accuracy. Verifying customer orders, including personal information and payment details. Contacting customers via phone or email to respond to inquiries and collect any missing information required for order processing. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records with meticulous attention to detail. Compiling detailed monthly sales reports for analysis. Providing administrative support to the sales department, assisting with various tasks as required.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge about the company's products and ensure the development of a consistent brand image for these products. • Increase customer awareness through strategic initiatives in stores, public venues, online and offline events, trade shows, sampling programs, campaigns, and other activities. • Monitor merchandising conditions, identify new areas for product placement, and plan merchandising ideas and timelines. • Effectively manage and supervise the performance and sales achievements of the assigned Promotion Girls • Foster strong relationships with intermediaries such as pharmacy, wholesalers and retailers, asconsumer store, modern trade well as end-customers, through effective communication. • Focus on acquiring new customers while also nurturing relationships with existing ones to ensure customer retention. • Drive sales from both intermediaries and end-customers, working towards achieving sales targets. • Gather insights about competitors and market trends, providing genuine feedback to enhance our products and strategies. • Responsible for managing and allocating resources, including expenses payable, sample usage, point-of-sale materials (POSM), and departmental fixed assets. • Collaborate with medical professionals, including specialists, to obtain necessary prescriptions for specific products when required. • Efficiently handle daily routines and tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Organize and carry out daily medical calls to targeted doctors and customers to promote our products and enhance brand communication. Develop and establish strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through effective customer relationship management to support prescription development for our products. Manage product and promotion samples efficiently to increase brand awareness and instill confidence in our products and company. Visit and engage with trip doctors on a monthly basis, constantly exploring potential market areas to expand our reach. Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic reports of marketing activities and submit them to the concerned team leader or supervisor. Identify opportunities for brand activation such as events and implement them under the guidance of superiors and Product Executive or Product Manager. Conduct market and marketing research, with a particular focus on competitors and customer insights. Practice effective sales closing techniques and take sales orders from visited doctors if required. Actively learn and update product knowledge, market trends, and marketing skills after receiving training arranged by the company. Maintain a target-oriented approach to consistently exceed the marketing and sales targets set by the company. Display creativity, intelligence, enthusiasm, good team spirit, a positive attitude, and intrinsic motivation in all interactions and tasks.
