Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings or topographical maps. Establishing construction, manufacturing or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations. Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support or testing activities. Writing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies. Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials. Supervising or training project team members. Estimating material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation. Maintaining electrical equipment. Working with a variety of technicians.
Company’s business: Our company handles the management services of an office building in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources. We have to try our best to maintain our building in its best standards in order to attract customers to lease our offices. We also have to look after our current office tenants and ensure their satisfaction so they keep on remaining at our office building. Job Description: Monitor & Supervise the management team to ensure all administrative duties are responsibly handled & completed. Handles customers & office tenants' requests & complaints with professional manners & duties. Build a good relationship with our office tenants to ensure their offices are well-maintained. Check and keep in touch with the M&E Department to ensure all the M&E tasks are being completed on time & properly. Cooperate with the security team to ensure all safety precautions are being monitored systematically. Check and monitor the management, maintenance, cleaning & security's work schedules daily. Evaluate employee's performance and work ethnics daily Analyze customer's satisfactions through surveys and meet ups Report back to the general manager
