-Schedule the delivery ways plan and supervise for all delivery operation. -Estimate the weight of the products, arrange for all trucks and manpower. -Check the delivery location and dealing with sales staff or customers related to delivery operation. -Reports to department head such as the list of manpower update and car update. -To calculate monthly logistics staff's overtime and incentives. -Must be able to travel skillfully within Yangon. -Must be able to govern you entire department skillfully.
Manage Inbound & Outbound operation. Control and Manage stock accuracy level by conduction physical count, reconciling with recorded confirmed data. Space planning and maintain warehouse layout against product nature and inbound shipment. -resource planning, controlling and maintain the (manpower, MHE, vehicle, forklift, ect…) in order to smooth and efficient operation according to the preventive and corrective action. Regularly train and coach the warehouse staff for warehouse safety, fire safety training and warehouse policy & procedure. Monitor and perform warehouse maintenance and housekeeping. Monitor and control the warehouse expense. Collaborating with various internal departments including accounting, human resources, logistics, grower relations, safety and production. Can work South Dagon warehouse & Hlaing Tharyar warehouse location according to duty assign. Can work under pressure. Must be able to work overtime.
Handle full set of accounts, reporting financial and relevant reports by daily, weekly, and monthly. Prepare timely the financial report, financial analysis and financial statements. Responsible for manage and oversee the entire accounting team. Prepare monthly/quarterly business plan including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analyses, modeling. Implement and develop financial procedures including working capital management, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls. Manage the internal control and implement finance policies. Handle monthly & yearly tax declaration relate matters. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year, on time submission of Commercial Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and other taxes. Additional tax responsibilities could include payroll, sales and property tax filings. Reviewing and directing the work of staff tax accountants who keep financial records and prepare tax schedules, returns and related financial reports.
