We’re looking for an experienced Odoo professional to join our team and help optimize, troubleshoot, and enhance our use of Odoo. \ Job Description Diagnose and resolve issues within our Odoo platform, with a strong focus on POS Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and performance Customize and configure Odoo modules as needed Troubleshoot and support POS hardware (terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, payment devices, etc.) Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational challenges and implement solutions Ensure system stability, reliability, and data integrity
Responsible for improving sales performance in assigned stores and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Supervise and manage MP Control processes effectively. Conduct regular Quality Control (QC) inspections to maintain product and service standards. Check to ensure Stock Control procedures are carried out systematically and accurately. Supervise to ensure the store’s financial management is carried out systematically. Direct daily F&B operations to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor to ensure customer complaints are properly resolved by the store manager until customers are satisfied. Maintain brand image and service culture. Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, major customer complaints and service recovery. Support new store openings and store renovation. Coordinate with marketing, supply chain and HR department. Implement operational improvement initiative. Lead and coach managers and supervisors. Develop training program for staff and management. Manage recruitment, performance evaluation, and succession plan. Ensure compliance with food safety standards HACCP. Monitor kitchen operations, hygiene and product consistency. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure. Monitor and manage the store’s M&E matters, and report any issues or requirements to the relevant department in a timely manner.
