Monitor restaurant performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring start and end to each day. Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve high performance. Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development Support the General Manager in controlling costs related to food, and supplies. Monitor cash handling procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards. Ensure an outstanding customer experience by addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring timely service. Train staff on customer service best practices to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Oversee guest feedback collection and implement improvements to elevate customer experience. Support the General Manager in fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, setting high standards for professionalism, work ethic, and customer service.
Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills). Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy/operational costs. Collaborate with vendors and R&D teams to pilot new technologies. Manage CAPEX projects, including equipment upgrades, store remodels, and new installations. Daily inspections of units under maintenance and follow-up quick responses to M&E pending jobs. Collaborate with the General Manager in preparing the annual budgets.
