Job Purpose The Sales Representative – HoReCa Channel is responsible for developing and growing M-Kitchen’s customer base within the hotel, restaurant, café, bakery, and catering sectors. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship management, order generation, and market expansion through regular field visits and active sales engagement. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Acquisition & Sales Identify and approach potential HoReCa customers Conduct regular field visits and sales calls Introduce M-Kitchen products, pricing, and promotions Achieve monthly sales and collection targets Generate new business opportunities within assigned territories 2. Account Management Build and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders Ensure smooth communication between customers and operations teams Monitor customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders 3. Market Coverage & Expansion Expand customer coverage within assigned townships and areas Maintain updated customer database and visit records Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends Provide market feedback and customer insights to management 4. Sales Reporting Submit daily and weekly activity reports Report sales pipeline and customer follow-up status Track customer ordering patterns and opportunities 5. Collection & Payment Follow-up Follow up on customer payments and overdue balances Coordinate with finance team regarding collections Ensure compliance with company payment policies Key KPIs Monthly sales achievement New customer acquisition Active customer count Daily sales visits Repeat order rate Collection performance Market coverage growth
