Supervise and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assign duties to operational staff and monitor work performance, discipline, and quality standards. Ensure all operational processes are carried out in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and procedures. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports in a timely manner. Identify operational issues, resolve problems effectively, and provide improvement recommendations to management.

Supervise, control, and guide sales teams by assigned territories to improve overall performance and productivity. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure effective credit control and outstanding management in accordance with company policies.
