Source, evaluate, negotiate and purchase materials from local suppliers. Check if the quotations are in line with the interior design specifications required for the project/item and prepare commercial comparison. Handle daily operational purchasing needs such as preparing, issuing, recording, and following up on Purchase Orders for both payment status and delivery status. Try to resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation. Report to the related Manager as necessary. Undertake any other duties as assigned by HOD.
Job Description Job Summary: The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director The Executive Secretary will perform a variety of duties including managing the executive's schedule, meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The Executive Secretary will also act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders. - Manage the MD’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events - Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials for meetings attended by MD - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion - Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD. - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the MD. - Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by the MD. - Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders - Assist with special projects and other important issue needed. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files - Perform other duties as assigned by the MD.
