Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interview schedule and onboarding Supervise the daily attendance and leave Support payroll process by collecting attendance and leave records Perform overall SSB and Personal Income Tax Manage the security and cleaner Manage monthly fuel expenses and car insurance Facilitate employee engagement activities Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures Implement HR policies that conform with the company’s objectives Other relevant responsibilities assigned by management
Manage Brand's Social Media Pages Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily Monitor post engagement daily Work closely with the account management team for requirements and marketing campaigns on the social media Support in creating the overall creative idea for the social media content of the client Lead content and design creation to improve the performance of the campaigns and build a strong brand image Create monthly insightful reporting to the clients with insights to drive business further for the coming months Regularly measure, analyze and report performance of the social pages Liaise with the client and brand owner for all the communication as necessary
