Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of sales & marketing director who will be in charge of leading our company’s sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities Plans and directs the organization’s advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective. Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan. Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales. Reviews all competitive data and competitive Sales & Marketing strategies to find opportunity for the business profitable growth. Accountable for the achievement of all established goals and/or budgets assisting sales department in achieving overall budgeted revenue goals. Assist in refinement of business plan Identify opportunities to enhance and grow the company’s business and asset base. Identify potential partners and lead the forging of partnerships and other business enhancing relationships.
