WHO WE ARE

Marlarmyaing Public Company Limited was established in 2017 in accordance with the Myanmar Companies Act. Established on February 10th, 2018 with company registration number (107191364) in the new MyCo system. It is a company that was re-registered on October (12). Malarmyaing public company limited to share necessary agricultural technologies for farmers and to open Malarmyaing agricultural equipment sales centers in every township to build factories and produce agricultural inputs themselves. We aim to reduce foreign imports and become a company that benefits the agricultural sector. Malarmyaing started as a family-owned agricultural retail store in 1989. In accordance with the Myanmar Companies Act (1991), Malarmyaing Company Limited was established to provide cultivation techniques, agricultural inputs, seed The tools were distributed and sold throughout the country. In 2005. Malarmyaing Production Company Limited was established with the aim of distributing good quality fertilizers to farmers at low prices. (2014) successfully operated the Fertilizer Blend Factory. In 2017, the Company Limited was formed with experienced leaders and related companies. (2018) The pesticide repacking plant project has been started in Thilawa Industrial Zone. Assist to warehouse manager. Day to day operation of the warehouse. Manage and oversee warehouse supervisors. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Role Summary We are seeking a highly strategic and legally-astute Head of Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end operations. This role requires a professional who can navigate the complexities of the Myanmar market, ensuring seamless procurement, logistics, and distribution while maintaining strict compliance with evolving local trade laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities * Strategic Operations: Lead the entire supply chain function, including sourcing, warehousing, and logistics, to support the group's long-term business goals. * Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with Myanmar’s Import/Export Laws, Customs Regulations, and Commercial Tax requirements. Stay updated on the latest notifications from the Ministry of Commerce and the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM) regarding foreign exchange and trade financing. * Procurement & Licensing: Oversee the application and renewal of necessary import/export licenses and permits. Manage relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies. * Inventory & Risk Management: Develop robust inventory control mechanisms and risk mitigation strategies to address supply chain disruptions and currency fluctuations in the local market. * Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with local and international suppliers, ensuring all agreements align with the Myanmar Contract Act and labor safety standards. * Process Optimization: Implement digital solutions and ERP systems to enhance transparency and efficiency across all business units within the group.
Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and schedules. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll records. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required documentation.

Act as the primary point of contact for regional branches to facilitate administrative requirements, logistics, and facilities management. Consolidate and analyze operational data from various regions; prepare comprehensive reports for Senior Management to support strategic decision-making. Manage regional compliance (licensing & contracts), oversee staff housing and utilities, and coordinate company vehicle maintenance/documentation across all location. Monitor and audit daily reports submitted by regional teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and adherence to company SOPs. Coordinate between departmental heads (HODs) and regional offices to ensure smooth workflows and resource allocation. Conduct regular travel to regional sites to evaluate administrative efficiency and resolve localized operational challenges.
Lead all phases of audit engagement, from planning and scoping to field work and reporting. Allocate resources, manage audit budgets and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Ensure audits are performed in accordance with applicable professional standards. (e.g. IIA Standards for internal audit, GAAS/ISA for external audit.) Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operational processes, and compliance. Prepare and present clear, concise, and impactful audit reports to senior management and the Audit committee. Manage follow-up activities to ensure management actions have been effectively implemented. Identity and assess key financial, operational and compliance risks across the organization. Advise management on risk mitigation strategies and process improvements. Build strong, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders to serve as a trusted advisor on control and risk matters. Mentor, coach, and develop the skills of the audit team.
Supervise operation and maintenance of boilers, compressors, and other utility systems. Monitor, control, and optimize boiler performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of production (PRD) machines and related equipment. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to reduce production downtime. Lead, train, and supervise engineering and maintenance staff. Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and ensure compliance with ISO/safety standards.
