Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism while upholding the company’s premium service standards & informations. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on lounge facilities, flight details, airport services, and passenger assistance. Oversee lounge operations including seating arrangements, food and beverage replenishment, and overall cleanliness. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, complaints, and lost property matters tactfully, coordinating with security and ground handling teams as required. Accurately record guest and passenger usage data for daily reporting and coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling, and security teams regarding passenger movements when necessary. Maintain a calm, courteous demeanor during peak periods, ensure proper documentation, and keep accurate records in compliance with company policies.
Handle all passenger-related operations for incoming and outgoing flights, ensuring the highest quality of service in line with MJAS standards. Maintain service quality and compliance with the Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate and collaborate with airport authorities and CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) to ensure smooth day-to-day flight operations. Provide assistance to special passengers (according to established service standards.- Manage departure procedures, including check-in, boarding processes, and assist passengers during flight irregularities. Communicate effectively with flight crews to provide necessary operational support. Oversee pre-flight and post-flight activities in accordance with flight schedules and information. Handle arrival baggage services, including lost & found procedures. Maintain accurate records of lost and found items in compliance with company policy. Manage special flights and respond efficiently to flight irregularities or emergency situations. Perform aircraft weight and balance (load control) duties as required. Submit daily handling reports and updates to immediate supervisors. Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors to support operational excellence.
Record and reconcile daily cash transactions Assist in preparation of the Form-31 process Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual CIT and CT filing process Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting software system Assist in issuing of customer billing invoice and preparation of monthly sales report Update the Customer Aging List Prepare journal entries and credit notes for the monthly closing process Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closings Perform other ad hoc duties, other finance and accounting tasks Give necessary support to the Manager and Department Head Performing any other duties as assigned by management
