Provide primary healthcare services to airport staff, passengers, and stakeholders in both emergency and non-emergency situations. Administer first aid treatment, conduct basic health assessments, and respond to medical emergencies at the airport clinic or on-site as required. Coordinate with emergency medical services (ambulance/hospital) for critical medical cases. Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of the clinic facility and medical equipment. Accurately document and report patient care activities and clinic utilization data in accordance with departmental procedures. Monitor medical supply inventory, ensuring proper storage, timely replenishment, and availability of first aid kits. Support health and safety promotion initiatives and workplace hygiene programs as needed. Work within a rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous medical support and operational coverage at the airport clinic.
Handle all passenger-related operations for incoming and outgoing flights, ensuring the highest quality of service in line with MJAS standards. Maintain service quality and compliance with the Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate and collaborate with airport authorities and CIQ (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine) to ensure smooth day-to-day flight operations. Provide assistance to special passengers (according to established service standards.- Manage departure procedures, including check-in, boarding processes, and assist passengers during flight irregularities. Communicate effectively with flight crews to provide necessary operational support. Oversee pre-flight and post-flight activities in accordance with flight schedules and information. Handle arrival baggage services, including lost & found procedures. Maintain accurate records of lost and found items in compliance with company policy. Manage special flights and respond efficiently to flight irregularities or emergency situations. Perform aircraft weight and balance (load control) duties as required. Submit daily handling reports and updates to immediate supervisors. Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors to support operational excellence.
