Close supervision to all Laboratory staffs. Technical Supervision and checking all lab tests results including hematology, immunology, and biochemistry, microbiology, verifying internal quality control results and recording. Supervised the maintenance schedule of laboratory machines and equipment. Performing External and Internal Quality Control program in all lab tests. Verifying all laboratory tests results under the supervision of pathologist and microbiologist. Responsible for stock management. Development of SOP under the supervision of pathologist and microbiologist, work flow and KPI under the supervision of Head of Department. Participation in concerned hospital meeting and training program. Preparing monthly duty roaster for all laboratory staffs. Organizing intra departmental training program. Participation in hospital laboratory business development program. Communication and problem solving within the department and with all customers (eg. Specialist, MO, GP, hospital staffs, patients, other outside lab) Supervision of the laboratory biosafety program. Responsible for laboratory data management and reporting system.
