Patient Care: Manage, assess, and treat patients in OPD, IPD, and Emergency Room (ER) settings. Patient Monitoring: Perform regular ward rounds and monitor patient recovery and progress. Consultant Liaison: Coordinate closely with Senior Consultants/Specialists and execute treatment plans accurately. Emergency Response: Provide immediate resuscitative care (CPR) and manage acute medical emergencies. Clinical Handover: Conduct structured and safe patient handovers during shift changes. Documentation: Maintain precise, legible, and updated medical records and progress notes. Patient Safety: Comply strictly with hospital infection control policies and patient safety standards.
