Regular updation of product knowledge Planning & abiding daily/monthly call plan for covering given set of customers Ensuring frequency of visits to the given set of customers SOS - Maintaining/updating the list of the target customers In clinic - Effectively communicating about the brands on promotion Daily conducting RCPA before & after call for expected returns per call/visit Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors Communicating & maintaining the reports of the work accomplished Achieving the business objectives for the financial year.

Accessing clients' physical health and mental health including previous medical conditions and current condition Conduct initial consultation with patients before they meet their doctors Coach clients to get a healthy life Identify each client's needs to obtain his/her optimum health and help them to reach it Create a list of do and don't for each client according to their condition Encourage clients to be more physically and mentally active Provide regular health education to patients Must be alert with the latest health practices and trends to keep clients updated Liaise with other health care providers
