Operations Management Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Implement and enforce company SOPs, policies and procedures to maintain operational compliance. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions. Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Supervise inventory planning, stock control and replenishment processes. Monitor stock availability, inventory turnover and inventory accuracy. Manage slow-moving, near-expiry and obsolete inventory to minimize losses and optimize stock performance. Team Leadership Lead, motivate and develop the operations team to achieve departmental goals. Enhance team productivity, accountability, and operational discipline. Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication across departments. Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly operational reports. Analyze operational data and provide insights to support management decision-making. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with storage, handling and distribution standards for supplement products. Manage product recalls, customer complaints and quality-related issues in a timely and systematic manner. Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards. Facilities & Branch Operations Management Manage office supplies, equipment, furniture and operational resources required for business operations. Conduct regular inspections of branches, retail outlets, offices and warehouse facilities. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs and renovation projects. Monitor and follow up on facility-related issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations. Control maintenance and facility-related expenses and provide reports to management. Support new branch openings, relocations, and office setup projects to ensure successful implementation.
