We serve door to door express and logistic services by opening offices operated on our own with well over 530 dedicated specialized people in more than 140 cities all across Myanmar border to border, utilizing 35 vehicles and nearly 221 motorcycles nationwide. We also have warehouses in major hub cities. We connect these cities with hundreds of countries all over the world though OCS Network of 140 countries for our international express and logistics services.

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels . Conduct telesales activities and identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding quotations, services, and sales opportunities. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales documents, and customer feedback . Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and daily/weekly sales reports . Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. Coordinate with Operations and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery. Assist the Sales Manager in daily sales activities, customer follow-ups, reporting, and administrative tasks. Support promotional and sales activities as required. Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.
Supervise and manage the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently. Monitor customer inquiries through phone calls, Viber, email, and other communication channels . Check and monitor incoming and outgoing emails , ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. Communicate with customers and internal departments to follow up on delivery issues, delays, missing parcels, damaged parcels, and other service concerns. Coordinate with Operations, Branches, Couriers, and other departments to resolve customer issues. Follow up on pending customer complaints and ensure proper closure within the required timeframe. Review CS staff responses and provide guidance to ensure proper customer communication. Prepare and monitor daily/weekly CS reports , complaint records, and service performance. Identify recurring customer complaints and recommend solutions to improve service quality. Ensure the CS team follows company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Train and coach CS team members on customer handling, communication skills, and complaint resolution. Maintain good relationships with key customers and handle escalated cases when necessary. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
• Manage daily delivery and last-mile operations. • Lead and supervise drivers, couriers, riders, and ground operation teams. • Manage fleet operations, including cars and motorcycles. • Monitor delivery performance, route planning, KPIs, SLA, and service quality. • Handle delivery delays, failed deliveries, customer complaints, and operational incidents. • Coordinate with internal departments, branches, vendors, and government offices. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. • Oversee inventory, supply chain, premises, and general administrative matters.
• Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention. • Conduct sales visits and presentations to potential customers. • Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly. • Act as clients' main point of contact regarding service updates and new offerings. • Provide after-sales support and follow up on shipments to maintain service quality. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. • Provide feedback and suggestions to management on pricing and service enhancements. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Coordinate and respond to branch inquiries regarding International Food Stuff products in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare travel expense claims, financial documents, and coordinate with the Finance Department. Monitor monthly stock balances, verify operational records, and support audit and compliance activities. Prepare and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational reports within the required timeline. Coordinate with branch offices to follow up on operational processes, investigate discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company procedures. Communicate business updates, support process implementation, and provide guidance to branches to ensure consistent operational standards.
