• Perform internal audit procedures including financial and operational audit helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance process • Implement and review financial controls and business processes • Mitigate any potential risks arising from internal control weakness • Prepare internal audit reports on findings and recommendations and follow-up the implementation status of agreed recommendations • Assist in formulating annual audit plan • Prepare and execute audit assignments and provide recommendations • Facilitate enhancement in company policies and procedures as well as internal control system

-Coordinating with other departments within an organization to ensure that projects are completed on time. -Developing, documenting, and implementing operational policies and procedures. -Monitoring operational performance to identify areas for improvement or adjustments in staff levels or training requirements. -Providing leadership in the event of an emergency situation or disaster recovery operations. -Coordinating with vendors to ensure that materials are delivered on time and in good condition for use in production. -Oversight of inventory management and maintenance of an organizational supply chain. -Service issues- failure or incidentals. -Concerning matters with government offices. -Lease of premise, property contras related to general administrative work. -Undertake other general administrative duties as reasonably required by the Strategy and Operations team.

Accounting Services. Update electronic accounting records via excel or accounting software in use. Responsible for the month-end closing process and produce monthly and quarterly financial reports for management purposes. Liaising with other departments . Support the DH and team and Managing & Preparing the required reports as needed Issuing payment and receipt vouchers, preparing cheques and remitting funds by telegraphic transfer. Willing to be trained SAP Business One Software. Must able to work at dynamic work place with multitask.
