Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required Execute the project according to the project plan and Develop forms and records to document project activities Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project Establish a communication schedule to update file holders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards Write reports on the project for management and for founders Communicate with funders as outlined in funding agreements Prepare financial reports and supporting document for funders as outlined Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning
To do sequence planning for structural materials according to the priority of the project schedule plan. To arrange the required machinery and manpower. To perform inspection work for QA/QC for every step of work. To take part in a site meeting with PE, PM, and client. To perform the handover process (all of the steel structural installation work). To send a project progress report to the internal installation team. To submit the work done progress percentage to the bill section. To prepare the installation planning plan, machinery plan, and manpower plan after the kickout meeting. To submit an installation progress report weekly. To submit the detail drawing for (roofing and walling, steel frame, steel finishing work, e.g., handrail, MS Grill, soffit frame, etc.) To ensure a bill of actual labor, machinery rental costs, and other material costs for the site-finished handover process. To comply with client changes on site while installation work and Owner draw DWG and as built To negotiate with the owner and client at the office and site if needed. To keep QA and QC inspection records. To follow up on the installation and fabrication materials.
-Planning daily site activities to coordinate with contractor team. - Quantity surveying and estimating for material requisition and contractor bill issue. - Closely supervision on daily and weekly work progress in order to catch project schedule in time. - Making weekly coordination meeting with site team and contractor for weekly work plan. - Closely supervision for quality assurance and quality control on any site work, if necessary requesting for inspection to QA/QC team.
Performs qualifications of assembly and coating processes. Follow-up all the work order to the related groups of contractors as per timeline. Monitors observations of the correct coding cycles. Monitor production to resolve issues. Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Ensure output meets quality standards. Ensure all the contractors meet with health and safety standards and take actions if they break the company’s rules and regulation. Checks and records atmospheric conditions prior to starting of painting operations. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Ensure that the finished products are met with quality standards and deliver to the customers on time. Planning the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job.
- Responsible to check the quality of Products to meet the project quality requirement. - Responsible to discard or reject products, materials or equipment that not meeting specifications. - Check and take the corrective action in the process of fitting, welding and cleaning and coating. - Reporting the inspection describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs. - Collaborate and solve the problems of products quality as per instruction. - Perform the inspection such as dimension, NDT. - Perform to check disassemble defective parts using inspection equipment. - Prepare and reporting the dimension reports, NDT reports, actual quality activities. - Responsible to recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results. - Perform other assigned duties if required.
