Plan, organize, and supervise all engineering and maintenance activities for cold storage, processing, and export facilities. Ensure the efficient operation of refrigeration systems, cold rooms, generators, electrical systems, and production equipment. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime. Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted cold chain operations. Inspect engineering works and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Manage engineering projects, equipment installation, upgrades, and facility expansion activities. Prepare maintenance budgets, technical reports, and spare parts requirements for management review. Lead and develop the engineering team through training, supervision, and performance management. Perform other engineering and technical duties assigned by senior management.
Manage all administrative operations efficiently. Supervise office administration and support staff. Oversee company vehicles, drivers, and transportation. Manage office facilities, equipment, and maintenance. Control office supplies and administrative budgets. Coordinate security, cleaning, and workplace safety. Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards. Monitor inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, and cost accounting for seafood products, cold storage operations, and export activities. Verify and process financial transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and company procedures. Prepare tax calculations, statutory reports, and supporting documents while ensuring compliance with Myanmar tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and export departments to reconcile inventory, sales, and export-related financial records. Support the preparation of budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial analyses, and management reports for decision-making. Assist internal and external auditors by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required financial documentation. Supervise and provide guidance to junior accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks. Perform other accounting and financial duties assigned by the Chief Accountant or management.
Manage and supervise all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Monitor the financial performance of cold storage, fish processing, and export operations to ensure cost control and profitability. Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and cost accounting for seafood products, packaging materials, and production activities. Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns, statutory reports, and regulatory filings while maintaining compliance with Myanmar tax laws and financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and financial reporting processes. Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to safeguard company assets and improve operational efficiency. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team by providing guidance, performance management, and professional training. Perform other accounting, financial management, and compliance duties assigned by senior management.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy projects in commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and strategic partners. Conduct site visits and work closely with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents for potential clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution from contract award to project completion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, government policies, and renewable energy developments to identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans, pipeline reports, and monthly performance reports for management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking activities, and client meetings to strengthen the company's market presence. Perform other business development and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with company objectives and labor laws. Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes to attract and retain qualified talent. Manage performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning programs. Oversee payroll administration, compensation, benefits, and attendance management in coordination with relevant departments. Maintain positive employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements while minimizing organizational risk. Prepare HR budgets, reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics for management decision-making. Supervise and develop the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. Support organizational development initiatives, change management projects, and company culture enhancement activities. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by senior management.
