Record daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, bank transactions, and cash flow. Verify and process vouchers, invoices, and payment requests accurately. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently and follow up on collections. Participate in periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Develop and implement comprehensive trade sales plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profit targets for the clothing brand. Identify, recruit, and onboard new trade partners, wholesale clients, multi-brand stores, and regional distributors across Myanmar. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major retail partners, department stores, and corporate clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective trade promotions, seasonal campaigns, and point-of-sale (POS) visibility strategies. Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, consumer preferences, and fashion retail dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Lead, train, and mentor the trade sales team, setting individual KPIs and monitoring daily performance. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and financial performance analyses for senior management.
