Discuss the monthly demand quantity with relevant departments. Find sources of material supply, develop new suppliers and new products. Inquire, negotiate, estimate and compare prices, negotiate prices, payment methods, delivery dates, etc. with suppliers. Preparing Purchase Order (oversea) and contract signing. Coordinate with logistics Agent for import license and shipping documents. Managing to check and prepare Import shipping documents . Follow up purchase cargo, delivery times, and ensuring that they arrive at the appointed time and date and checking the good receipt Handling of claim and follow up quality issue. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement, shipment and license information, shipping documents records, including supplier information, contracts, purchase orders, good receipt and related documentation. Performs other related duties as required and report directly to the direct manager (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
New ideas for innovative products Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned products, including features, benefits, and target markets. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends that can be addressed by new or existing products. Work with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Create detailed product specifications for new products, ensuring that all requirements are met. Manage the product development process from concept to launch, working with internal and external partners to ensure timely and successful execution. Monitor competitor activity and keep abreast of industry trends to inform product strategy. Support the sales team by providing product training and materials, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Reviewing product development plans to ensure they are feasible and align with business objectives. Update existing products on a regular basis to ensure they remain competitive in the marketplace. Provide input into the annual budgeting process to support assigned product lines. Daily & Monthly report to Manager.
Handel Products documentation process and production materials. Organize and file paperwork, including Stock In/Out, Goods Received, and Delivery Order. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Record daily operation Inbound, outbound, Delivery Order, Purchase process in Excel and run in Mysoft System. Make Monthly Stock balance for Finance Department and Weekly updated Stock balance for Sales Team. Support inventory management activities, including ground stock checking and reconciling inventory discrepancies. Coordinate and communicate with internal related departments for documentation process. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and smoothly operation. Assist with other warehouse duties as required.
Identifies and defines the objective of an assigned marketing research project determines the best methods to use to meet those objectives. Designing questionnaires and advising on methodology of collection of data. Complies data related to competitors’ products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology. Reports findings, complete with graphs illustrating data and written text explaining complex findings. Assisting in the development of marketing plans. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies. Using statistical software to analyze and interpret data. Preparing and presenting reports to clients and management. Support the team with other responsibilities as required. Daily and monthly report to Manager.
Develop and implement Supply Chain Strategies and initiatives aligned with the Organization’s goals and objectives Analyze market trends and demand patterns to forecast future supply chain needs and make data-driven decisions to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained based on product types. Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure terms and conditions for procurement of raw materials, components, and services. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and good quality. Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover ratios. Implement efficient inventory management to minimize wastage and reduce holding costs. Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities. Optimize the transportation network to ensure timely delivery while minimizing transportation costs and collaborate with distribution partners and third-party logistics providers to enhance delivery efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain processes and implement solutions for process optimization. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions and ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to supply chain and logistics. Mentoring the supply chain team by providing guidance, training, and motivation and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
