Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data Manages, coordinates, and executes sales activities, recruiting talent, and maintaining client relationships Analyzes and interprets competitive data Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of new sales employees to ensure qualified personnel are recruited Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. Distributes purchase and shipment information to involved parties including warehouse, sales representatives, and other relevant parties. Manage to check and prepare import shipping documents, payment transfer and local purchase documents. Coordinate with logistic agent for import license and shipping documents. Follow up purchase cargo, delivery times, and ensuring that they arrive at the appointed time and date. Gathers, records, and completes purchase data into SAP systems. Follow up payable and receivable, prepare payment request Claim and follow up insurance claim if cargo damage happens. Prepare reports and updates as and when required. Handel Products documentation process and production materials. Organize and file paperwork, including Stock In/Out, Goods Received, and Delivery Order. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Record daily operation Inbound, outbound, Delivery Order, Purchase process in Excel and run in Mysoft System. Make Monthly Stock balance for Finance Department and Weekly updated Stock balance for Sales Team. Support inventory management activities, including ground stock checking and reconciling inventory discrepancies. Coordinate and communicate with internal related departments for documentation process. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss process improvements and smoothly operation. Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Provide uniform & PPE & Computer for new staff’ related work. Prepare data: payment process & purchase process & goods received voucher process. Prepare record and request payment process for vehicle maintenance cost and fuel expense. Assist Sales Admin to Cash collection. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed. Submit information for budget preparation. Schedule expenditures, monitor costs, analyze variances. Provide general support to Admin Manager. Perform other related duties as required.
Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and financial transactions within the store. Perform regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with records, identifying and investigating discrepancies. Collaborating with other departments to provide month end reports on time and support as needed Ensure compliance with accounting principles, control policies in all transactions and reporting.
