Assisting with the cleaning, inspection, and maintenance of assigned vehicles. Taking responsibility for checking that the correct quantity of goods is loaded at the Pansodan warehouse during transport and properly positioning the goods on the vehicle. Assisting the driver with route-related assistance needed during the journey. Checking and obtaining receipt confirmation for the correct types of goods upon unloading at supermarkets and stores, and communicating with the Distribution Section if there are any discrepancies. Arranging and placing items according to customer requirements when interacting with customers, and communicating politely and respectfully. Coordinating and collaborating with drivers to ensure daily delivery routes are reached on time. Collaborating with and assisting Storekeepers during goods issue/dispatch. Assisting with tasks assigned by the department manager.
Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of incoming raw materials and packaging materials against approved specifications. Prepare a monthly report on incoming sunflower seeds. Weekly check production workers' personal hygiene. Coordinate with Procurement for material quality feedback. Maintain and update material Specifications. Supervise QC checks during boiling, drying, roasting, frying, auto packaging, and finished goods process to ensure product consistency. Verify critical process parameters are within control limits. Implement and monitor in-line quality inspection plans at key production stages (Boiling, drying, roasting, frying, auto packaging, and finished goods). Communicate deviations immediately to production for corrective and preventive actions. Supervise QC Inspectors working across raw material, packaging, and production areas. Participate in root cause analysis and implement recurring quality issues. Participate in internal audits. Report line and incoming data to the director and cooperate with the director daily and weekly.
Submitting Material Request Forms received from department heads, along with price quotations, for review. Carrying out the advance payment process for purchased items upon approval by the Manager. Handing over purchased items to the warehouse. Executing the claim process for purchased items. Submitting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports.
Maintaining and preparing records of all machinery and (Spare Parts). Checking whether quantities match and recording/documenting machinery and machinery-related items purchased by Purchasing. Record and document withdrawals of machinery and machinery parts in accordance with the Store's Process. Entering inventory data to keep incoming/outgoing stock records up to date. Systematically maintaining items by type in the Store Area, ensuring cleanliness and neatness, and sending damage lists to the Admin Department for documentation. Checking Ground Stock weekly and monthly to ensure accuracy of Store Balances, then preparing and submitting Reports. Submitting requests to the Manager/Department Head for required machinery and spare parts based on the Store Balance, and executing Purchase Order Processes for reordering and stock maintenance.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and facility conditions. Manage a team of technicians, mechanics, and contractors, including hiring, training,scheduling, and performance evaluations. Coordinate and prioritize maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and disruption. Monitor equipment and systems to identify and address issues proactively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and control costs. Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and warranties. Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Oversee procurement of tools, parts, and equipment needed for maintenance operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.
