Assist Head of Retail Sales in planning and executing sales strategies. Lead and support retail sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor store performance, customer service quality, and display standards. Conduct regular shop visits and guide promoters on product knowledge and sales techniques. Communicate with Chinese-speaking partners and internal teams (written & verbal). Coordinate stock movement and ensure product availability in all retail outlets.
