Supervise daily accounting operations (AR & AP). Check and verify payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices. Monitor customer credit limits and overdue accounts. Handle supplier payments and maintain payable records. Reconcile bank statements and ledger balances. Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist in internal and external audits. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams on billing accuracy. Maintain proper filing of all financial documents.
Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering training programs related to Xiaomi mobile phones and products Support product knowledge, sales skills, and refresher training for promoters and sales staff Prepare and update training materials such as presentations, manuals, and product guides Conduct basic training sessions under the guidance of the Training Supervisor/Trainer Visit promoter shops to check promoters’ product knowledge, selling skills, and training effectiveness Guide and coach promoters on correct sales approaches, product features, and customer handling Identify training gaps at shop level and report findings to the Training Supervisor Coordinate training schedules, attendance records, and training logistics Collect training feedback and assist in preparing training and shop visit reports Support on-the-job training and field coaching when required Perform other training-related duties as assigned by the Training Section

Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues and assisting with conflict resolution. Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management. Guide and support junior HR staff in their daily tasks.

Communicate with Chinese-speaking partners and internal teams (written & verbal). Coordinate stock movement and ensure product availability in all retail outlets. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and business insights. Support training, promotion activities, and new shop openings.
