Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation, reconciliation, and analysis. Review and approve journal entries, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
