Main Duties and Responsibilities Lead the development team and continuously learn both the technical and managerial aspects related to the job responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and upper management (VP-4), to develop project plans, scope management plans, and work breakdown structures (WBS). Conduct technical assessments to determine project feasibility, manage resource allocation, and gather software architecture requirements. Oversee the code design, construction, testing, debugging, and implementation of software systems, ensuring compliance with coding safety standards and company regulations. Ensure that all projects and team deliveries meet technical specifications, strict deadlines, and high-quality software standards. Detail Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a strong technical understanding and practical ability in System Architecture, Core Java, and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD). Develop, debug, maintain, and support core applications using J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, and AOP. Manage messaging and integration systems utilizing Java Message Service (JMS) platforms, specifically Apache Kafka and ActiveMQ. Understand and execute development tasks related to frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS/CSS3, SASS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Vue.js. Utilize and manage relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle (PL/SQL) and MSSQL, and operate efficiently within Linux environments. Administer and maintain application servers, including WebLogic Server, JBoss Server, and Apache Tomcat. Take full ownership of the production environment, perform complex technical troubleshooting, and provide effective problem-solving solutions. Keep accurate records of development activities and submit regular project progress reports to management. Allocate daily tasks efficiently, balance the team's workload, and resolve internal team conflicts professionally. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head or Section Head from time to time.
Manage and oversee the overall Finance and Accounting operations of the organization. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Supervise the recording, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and monitor budget performance. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making and business strategies. Manage and develop Finance and Accounting team members through coaching, guidance, and performance management. Liaise with banks, auditors, regulators, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders as required. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head or Management.
Duties and Responsibilities Deliver Basic Excel Workshop training programs designed to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and overall job performance. Support the effective implementation and continuous delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Bank, including coordinating and communicating with relevant departments and stakeholders. Assist in designing and delivering Microsoft Office (Basic) training programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Assist in planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating training programs and learning activities. Provide logistical support for training sessions, including venue setup, preparation of training materials, technical arrangements, and participant communications. Maintain and update training calendars, records, and databases accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all information remains current. Assist in the preparation and development of training content, presentations, learning materials, and related resources. Coordinate and support New Employee Orientation (Onboarding) programs and teambased learning initiatives to ensure smooth and effective delivery. Senior Officer (Partnership Ecosystem - Consumer Banking Department) Duties and Responsibilities Identify, develop, and onboard new property developers, automotive dealers, and strategic partners to expand the Bank’s partnership ecosystem. Drive business growth for Consumer Loans, Home Loans, and Auto Finance through partnership channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure long-term collaboration. Support customers and partners throughout the loan application process, ensuring smooth and efficient experience. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate loan processing, approvals, and partner onboarding. Monitor sales performance, portfolio growth, and key business metrics to achieve assigned targets. Provide for User Change Requests Form Other Departments and Branch Request Form. New Branch creation Setup Branch User Creation and modify CBM Net User creation and modify OwnLink and CLink User creation and modify Reporting app user creation and modify New GL creation and modify Support for all Branches of EODM run Interest Reconciliation Manual and System end of the month Support OLS data insert and check and inform to OLS team Provide FLEXCUBE Functional support to Branches to clarify their complaints on system error/user data error. FLEXCUBE Modules, understand the functionality and provide independent first level of support Perform other occasional and related duties as required and assigned like branch roll-outs Technical expertise on Oracle DB and Pl/Sql.
