Employee Relations Act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner and foster alignment between HR service delivery, company processes and strategic goals. Monitor and support functional HOD and functional managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Assistant Vice President (Data Modeller - Finance & MIS Department) The Data Modeller is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that support enterprise applications, reporting platforms, and analytical solutions. The role ensures data structures are scalable, high-performing, consistent, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of data modelling methodologies, database technologies, ETL processes, and modern data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse). Key Responsibilities Data Modelling & Management Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for operational systems, data warehouses, and BI platforms. Design normalized, denormalized, and dimensional models (Star/Snowflake schema). Define data standards, naming conventions, and metadata structures. Collaborate with solution architects and DBAs to implement models in SQL and NoSQL databases. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across systems. Document data dictionaries, business rules, lineage, and model diagrams. Support data governance, master data management (MDM), and metadata initiatives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into data structures. Partner with ETL/data engineering teams to ensure model alignment with pipelines. Assist developers and analysts with query optimization and data-related issues.
L&D Lead (Assistant Vice President) Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to meet organizational needs. Assess training requirements across departments through skills gap analysis and performance evaluations. Design engaging instructional materials, workshops, and learning programs tailored to various employee levels. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and through digital platforms. Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
