Finance Planning & Analyst (Assistant Vice President-Finance & MIS Department) Key Responsibilities Analyze monthly financial performance by performing budget-to-actual, prior period, and variance analyses, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. Supervise and prepare periodic financial analysis reports, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely submission. Assistant Vice President (Market Research & Business Analysis – Product & Innovation Department) Key Responsibilities Monitor the macroeconomic landscape, global fintech advancements, and shifting consumer behaviors to identify white spaces for product innovation. Conduct continuous benchmarking against peer banks and neo-banking alternatives, analyzing their product features, pricing structures, and go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, IT, and Operations) to translate high-level innovation concepts into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
