An Officer is generally responsible for carrying out day-to-day operational and administrative activities in accordance with company policies, approved SOPs, aviation regulations, and industry standards. The Officer supports the smooth and efficient operation of the department by coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and documentation, preparing routine reports and following up on assigned tasks. Finance Officer is also expected to identify operational issues, provide timely updates to the relevant supervisor or manager and ensure that all assigned duties are completed accurately, efficiently and within the required timeframe.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, motivated, and ready to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities: Create designs for ads, reports, social media, logos, magazines, airline collaterals, online designs & animations.
The Officer, Network Planning & Scheduling, plays a key role in optimizing the airline’s route network and schedules. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with commercial goals to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction. • Support schedule changes, including flight timings and aircraft rotations. • Prepare reports on routes, frequencies, and aircraft utilization. • Assist with new route development, schedule modifications, and fleet assignments. • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Revenue Management teams. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and safety standards. • Contribute to long-term network strategy and seasonal schedule planning.
Airline Ground Operations Officer are responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely ground handling of aircraft and passengers. This role supports flight operations by coordinating aircraft servicing, passenger handling, baggage processing, and ramp activities in compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards. Support check-in, boarding, and arrival processes Assist passengers with special needs, unaccompanied minors, and priority services Provide accurate flight and gate information to passengers Follow all aviation safety procedures, airport regulations, and airline policies Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
To support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS) by promoting a positive safety culture, monitoring safety performance, identifying hazards, managing safety risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable aviation regulations and company safety policies.
To provide accurate information about flight bookings, check-in procedures, and airline policies. To manage customer requests for changes, cancellations, and special service assistance (e.g., wheelchair, infant, meal requests). To communicate politely and professionally to maintain the airline’s positive image. Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo is an advantage.
