Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for all department. Monitor workforce attendance, timekeeping, payroll processing and deployment for all department. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with Company Policy. Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans. Supervise office administration, including procurement of office supplies and facility management. Preparing monthly HR reports, quarterly management reports and yearly HR reports. Manage company assets, vehicles, and office equipment inventory. Manage to plan Internal, External training for monthly/yearly. And also include prepare Training need, attendance, Evaluation and feedback and records.
