Implementation of Channel grid guidelines based on strategic planning for yearly, quarterly, and monthly and promotion and activities calendar for traditional (on & off) outlets. Prepare weekly redemption reports of upper Myanmar region redemption booths such as cash and beer control. Analysis and control for redemption beer transfer to Upper Myanmar offices such as stock transfer, acknowledgment, allocation, and weekly status. Prepare reward gratis to the sales team for competitor outlet switching and office function sales incentive gratis. Prepare and record the necessary documentation and data of the team. (Claim, Leave) Market observation by area outlets visiting.
Lead the development and execution of MBL's Annual Audit Plan within the PCIA Department, actively participating in day-to-day internal audit operations. Identify risks tied to business objectives and assess controls to enhance risk management, compliance, and governance in accordance with regulations. Ensure audit tests and working papers meet professional IIA standards. Provide guidance to optimize internal controls and compliance when modifying policies, procedures, or products. Supervise and allocate tasks among PCIA Executives. Review and finalize audit reports for management distribution. Compile data for MBL's insurance policies and contribute to quarterly Risk Management Reports. Conclude evidence gathering for J-Sox and ERM Questionnaires. Assess Write-off Assets, Finished Goods Inventory, and Raw Materials Stocks. Conduct internal fraud investigation and provide the continuous knowledge development in audit best practices. Cultivate professional relationships across all organizational levels, including senior management.
Responsible for organizing the documents to prepare a monthly report in a timely manner. Communicate and follow up on the assigned task of CC and prepare the document with sufficient information such as payments, contracts, and documentation process monthly. Operate and Supervise “Pride Tour” for (Internal and external) visitors to promote the interest of the customers & to promote corporate brand identity and other programs. Execute and support CC Assistant Manager by tracking and following up on the assigned tasks & jobs of the CC section. Report to CCAM for the Management to get the overview of the effective strategy development.
Utilizes instructional design and adult learning principles to develop and implement a variety of learning programs; ensuring alignment with competency models and organizational goals. Develop yearly training plan through thorough discussions with respective Department Heads to meet development needs (Leadership, Functional, Safety, etc). Monitor Monthly Training Expenses in alignment with yearly planned budgets for utilizing in people development. Collaborate & conduct Training Programs when needed for leading and coaching internal customized training. Facilitate in internal development projects or organizational development-related activities as necessary. Evaluate the training programs in alignment with training needs assessment to measure the effectiveness of the organization. Review leadership and functional competency matrix as necessary to apply them in designing, and developing development-related activities.

•For the Yangon Draught Beer operation including survey, installation, withdrawal, fortnightly sanitation, internal and external location changes, outlet audit, complaint, stock control, vehicle control, professional service (including both scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance) supply to all MBL draught beer outlets and assist to Product Services Supervisor. •Check, monitor, control, and operate the utility operation according to specified procedures and parameters.
To make telephone receiving, callling, line transfer, message transfer by using PABX. To check routing scheduling of internal/external dispatch riders. Check receiving sign and write detail description. To receive phone calls and visitors with pleasure and hospitality. To show company image by politely speaking to all of receiving calls and deliver message of visitors to concerning person. To supervise receiving documents and percales from outside. To assist uniform receiving and issuing to UM staff and assist office admin in General Office Administrations (e.g: Fuel book, copier, copy, etc). Develop the monthly journey plans and travel daily to the outlets. Communication with both draughts and non-draught outlets, sentry owners and check the hygiene and POSM items and enter the data to the DVAQP system and check the stock in hand. Check the vinyl (junction branding) during the outlet visits. Handle the direct sale of all brands during outlet visits. Weekly and frequently report the market feedback and competitor’s information. Weekly NOV plan for the respective areas and checking SP’s during the visits. Remind the draughts owners to make the payments for draughts. Report monthly journey plan and report for competitors’ activities, price, brand price, outlet and retails price. Support the BE for outlet promotion during seasonal and regional festivals. Encourage the outlet owners to participate in the company CSR activities. Negotiate with the township authorities and YCDC for getting FL 17, FL 12 and signage tax.
