Under the overall supervision L&D Manager (Learning & Development) will perform the following learning and development duties and responsibilities; Implement the effective training programs as planned and fit with expected outcomes. Perform training needs analysis and survey vendors in order to get the best fit to organization's need. Ensure all training records are maintained and updated. Plan and Track training budgets, monitor and report accordingly. Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly training reports and submit regularly to L&D Manager. Prepare monthly and yearly training budget report.
Tier 1 & 2 support such as break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, hardware repair desktop, laptop, and other user devices. Install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems. Escalate unsolved issues to Tier 3 professionals with effective reporting. Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Monitor and maintain computer systems and PM checklists.
Develop, facilitates, and implement all phases of recruitment process. Manage networking & sourcing channel. (Internal Hired, Universities, Job Advertising, Social Media, Online Job Board & Direct Resourcing, Career Event, Outsource) Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews. Supervise selection process. (Structured Interview, Assessment, Pre-Employment Medical Check-up) Follow up all the required documents and keep record the data for the reports. Performs other duties as assigned.
Enhance machine performance by minimizing breakdowns and maximizing capacity. Ensure machineries, equipment and factory facilities are in optimum condition. Carry out inspections of the all facilities to identify and resolve issues. Prepare preventive maintenance checking schedules and allocate work. Perform preventive maintenance by schedule for all electric device to avoid from electrical hazards. All repair system must be of quality standards and health and safety regulations Sustain the machine and equipment always work and in good condition. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. Implement to improve Quality Objectives, SHE and follow 5'S program. Other duties that assigned by management.
