Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities. Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions. Understand the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
