Myanmar Fiber Optic Communication Network Co., Ltd (“MFOCN”) is a foreign invested subsidiary of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited (“HyalRoute”) , which was established on May 22, 2012 in Myanmar.

MFOCN has been granted the Network Facilities Service (Class) License ( the "License") to own and operate a nationwide fiber optic cable ("FOC") network by the Ministry of Transport and Communications ("MOTC") of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar under the Myanmar Telecommunications Law. MFOCN devotes to investing, implementing, operating and maintaining Fiber Optical Network and related infrastructure services.

MFOCN brings together many years of rich practical experiences in telecom infrastructure developments and well-equipped skills to ensure its clients with the best quality of services. Under the concept of infrastructure sharing, MFOCN provides its products through sale/lease and services to target clients include telecom operators, internet service providers (“ISP”), TV and media operators, as well as corporate clients.

Based on MFOCN integrated telecom network infrastructures and services, which comprise FOC Network (backbone network, metro duct network, accessing network) and other telecom infrastructure, including underground conduits, base stations, etc., clients could rapidly and conveniently deploy their network and commence their business operation.

1. Timely gather relevant legal, regulatory, and policy information and document it to provide legal basis for regulating business operations and mitigating legal risks. 2. Draft or participate in the development of company regulations, articles of association, and other regulatory documents, review their legality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement to ensure internal management complies with legal requirements. 3. Participate in legal affairs such as contract negotiations, drafting, review, risk prevention, and oversight of compliance. 4. Assist with matters related to the Foreign Investment Commission and company registration. 5. Provide legal knowledge training to company employees, including corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, labor law, etc., to address legal issues in the management process. 6. Investigate and handle cases of employee misconduct, violations of company management regulations, and actions detrimental to the company's interests. 7. Coordinate with external law firms to provide assistance in legal matters. 8. Supervise and inspect compliance with legal regulations and company rules and regulations by various departments and their staff, report issues promptly, and provide recommendations and advice for rectification.
