Myanmar Fiber Optic Communication Network Co., Ltd (“MFOCN”) is a foreign invested subsidiary of HyalRoute Communication Group Limited (“HyalRoute”) , which was established on May 22, 2012 in Myanmar.

MFOCN has been granted the Network Facilities Service (Class) License ( the "License") to own and operate a nationwide fiber optic cable ("FOC") network by the Ministry of Transport and Communications ("MOTC") of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar under the Myanmar Telecommunications Law. MFOCN devotes to investing, implementing, operating and maintaining Fiber Optical Network and related infrastructure services.

MFOCN brings together many years of rich practical experiences in telecom infrastructure developments and well-equipped skills to ensure its clients with the best quality of services. Under the concept of infrastructure sharing, MFOCN provides its products through sale/lease and services to target clients include telecom operators, internet service providers (“ISP”), TV and media operators, as well as corporate clients.

Based on MFOCN integrated telecom network infrastructures and services, which comprise FOC Network (backbone network, metro duct network, accessing network) and other telecom infrastructure, including underground conduits, base stations, etc., clients could rapidly and conveniently deploy their network and commence their business operation.

Manage Neteco power management system and Network Management fiber management system , Familiar with the principle of power supply structure, have the ability to operate high and low voltage, and have a high and low voltage electrician certificate or equivalent qualification; Familiar with generator principle, able to repair and deal with general generator failures; Understand the principle of generators and be able to check and repair general generator faults; Rrequired to accept a 24*7 hour maintenance service work system and accept business trips across Myanmar.
Responsible for handling customer lines communication work, computer room dynamic ring equipment and other business report failure tracking according to the process,also including maintenance cutover and other follow-up work. Daily communication and feedback to the main responsible customers. Report and deal with customer escalated incidents in a timely manner. It is necessary to keep the mobile phone unobstructed on weekends and holidays, and be able to respond and give feedback to responsible customers in a timely manner.
