1. Assist in providing legal advice on interpretation relative Myanmar Laws and regulations. 2. Review Burmese contracts and legal documents. 3. Translate Laws, Notifications, Contracts and Internal government letter as well as other documents as needed (Burmese to English or English to Burmese). 4. Aid in the improvement of compliance and risk tools to monitor, support/execute training for employees and relevant parties related to risk and compliance awareness as required 5. Be responsible to implement company strategies for establishing, maintaining and/or further strengthening relationship/connection with Myanmar Central & Local Government, Regulatory Bodies, and National level Associations, etc in achieving Company's objectives in Growth, Productivity, and Culture. 6. Transform and deliver insights via incisive and meaningful communications customized to Government and the general public. 7. Lead and coordinate initiatives and efforts in managing legal and public issues/crisis with strategic thinking and insights. 8. Performs other duties as assigned.
