Ensure all areas under the Quality Department are in excellent housekeeping order and well organized. Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others. Apply relevant tools such as Lean Manufacturing to improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations, specifically in areas involving quality functions. Drive towards closure with continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, and Kaizen.
