The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line technical support to users, managing company IT assets, installing necessary software and hardware, and maintaining accurate technical documentation. 1. IT Asset Management (ITAM) Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all company IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses). Track the lifecycle of IT equipment from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal. Conduct regular audits of IT hardware and software to ensure compliance and prevent loss. 2. User Support & IT Service Management (ITSM) Receive, log, and manage user requests through the internal Helpdesk/Ticketing system.
