What we do

MGE is employing equipment and services of some well-known international suppliers in glass industry. AGC Ceramics is responsible for designing and building the furnace and forehearths, while China’s Shanghai Precision was awarded the batch plant contract. Forming equipment has been sourced from Bottero and Revimac, while Italian enterprise Antonini is responsible for delivering the annealing lehrs. Specialist inspection equipment has been sourced from IRIS Inspection machines and Tiama, while Ruitai Technology (China) has been contracted to build and install the cold end handling and palletizing equipment. Our furnace has four production lines equipped with high-tech inspection machines for controlled AQL. Each furnace line can produce 100-168 bottles per minutes. Annually, our factory has capacity to produce around 90,000 Mt of glass bottles. With its daily 300MT capacity, our factory produces Finest Quality grade glass bottle sizes ranging from 250 ml to 700 ml.

Objective Assist the Admin Manager to smooth the operation of Government-related jobs and other administrative. Responsibility (Job Descriptions) Ensure all entries in the In/Out office Letter are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications, Form C, License, and FRC. Maintain accurate records of visa applications and immigration documents. Maintain organized records of all submissions to MIC. Assist to admin Lead to ensure accurate and timely billing like Meter, Wifi, etc… Other jobs assigned by Admin Manager.
The objective of this document is to specify the roles and responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Staff Shift– Laboratory so as to meet the organizational objectives Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations & ensuring Hygiene & Cleanliness are maintained at the workplace. Ensure at the beginning of the Shift, get information of the previous shift results, any outstanding issues & any upcoming events. And ensure the right information has been passed to the reliever. Ensure that the sampling (as per the sampling plan) is being done for the Glass Bottles as per the Specification Sheets (Color, Capacity, Hot End & Cold End Coating, Dimensional Analysis, Physical Tests, TFE, DFE Testing, etc.) and Feedback to QA Production Line/QC Production Line/QC Supervisor on major non-conformances found during quality checks & recorded. Ensure the analyzed data is being recorded properly. Liaise with QC Shift Supervisor/or QA Production Line and QC Production Line to determine the acceptability of products produced. At the end of the shift, ensure proper communication is being done with the reliever. Work Closely with other QA/QC Staff on the other lines & encourage teamwork to support the business needs. Follow the Company’s Rules and Regulations at the factory premises. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and FSMS ISO 22000 standards for Quality and Food Safety Systems. Assume any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Working according to the assigned work from Supervisor shift. Checking the equipment in general. Installing the equipment for general work including electrical system work. Working following the daily schedule including general cleaning. Performing preventive maintenance for electrical equipment and machinery at cullet treatment plant and sand washing plant. Troubleshooting for urgent work. Reporting the daily work in daily report to Supervisor. Preparing the spare part of CTP and SWP. Customizing the conveyor belt speed to suit the type of design requirement. Taking care of the bottle coating system. Taking care of lift at the end of production line. Taking responsible for general-maintenance work including internal cullet conveyor. Coordinating with each individual department to participate for the troubleshooting. Carrying out all activities related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Any related tasks.

To support administrative activities of day-to-day function in line with the guidance of the Admin Lead / Admin Manager to achieve the business goal. Supervise the cleaners and gardeners for proper cleaning and tidiness. Make sure the factory premises, trees, and grasses are lush. Daily round check of factory entry/exit gates and car parking. Support the Admin department for the administration of staff affairs, furniture & equipment Responsible for checking the company dormitory and making sure employees are following the dormitory policy. Manage the end-to-end visa application process for employees, including gathering required documentation, completing application forms, and submitting applications to the appropriate authorities. Stay updated on visa regulations and requirements for various countries and advise employees accordingly. Prepare reports on visa processing metrics, including application turnaround times, approval, travel policies, and compliance levels, and align with organizational guidelines and procedure Responsible for checking up on the securities in order for the safety of the factory and the employees. Assist admin lead and Admin manager with daily operations. Perform other duties assigned by the Lead and HOD.
Ensure a quality management system is in place and implemented in the factory & products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. Lead the product and process audits of manufacturing operations. Ensure that the resources are well in place for smooth running of shifts. Ensure that the QA/QC & Lab Team conducting the required Test Timely & the data is been recorded. Ensure Quality of Products, in case of any deviation take necessary Corrective Action, Follow up on the NC products and Prepare the Limit & Reject sample for QC and ensure the Challenge Samples & the Scrap Analysis being done timely & recorded. Apply relevant tools such as Lean Manufacturing to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing operations, specifically in areas involving quality functions. Drive towards closure with the continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen. Drive product failure analysis, lead corrective and preventive action to respond to internal and external customer complaints. Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others. A Team Player with Positive Approach and Can-Do Attitude. Other activities as deemed fit to support overall Quality Excellence programs.

Planning Executive is responsible to organize production plan according to demand, supply and quality standards in order to ensure that the goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner. The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of production operations. Coordinating for all related parties for production workflow for multiple products Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime of machine Liaising with the NPD team on the development of new product. Monitoring the production output to ensure that it will finish on time based on Sales forecast.
