Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains organization members by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit Interviews; recommending changes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Faculty is expected to study learning outcomes and assessment criteria assigned by MIU for respective subjects/modules. Lecturers can discuss with programme leaders and Academic Head for any clarification needed. Faculty is expected to discuss with Director and Academic Manager for any clarification needed. Faculty shall focus on delivering learning outcomes and criteria presented by MIU. Faculty must practice in-depth studying in advance for their responsible subjects, prepare lesson plans beforehand, and apply the lesson plans accordingly. Faculty should be able to develop assignment questions of respective assigned module(s). Faculty must always fill out the lesson plan according to MIU’s format. Faculty must be able to support in the development of necessary module reflection, lesson plan, marking scheme, module schedule, scheme of work, assignment question, academic resources and PowerPoint slides in advance. Faculty must continuously encourage the students to attain 75% attendance. Faculty is expected to practice vocational delivery methods whenever possible. In class activities, real-life examples and workshops are key delivery methods lecturers should practice. Faculty must follow rules and regulations set by Management of MIU. Faculty has responsibility to encourage students to follow rules and regulations disciplined by MIU Academic Board.
