Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products in retail and trade channels. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Plan and oversee trade promotions, events, and in-store activities to enhance product visibility and sales. Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Create and maintain trade marketing materials, including product displays, promotional items, and sales tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other trade partners. Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and campaigns. Provide support to the sales team through training and sharing of marketing insights and materials.
- Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations. -Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary. -Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced. -Lead warehouse/delivery team. -Yangon and related municipalities must be skilled. -To plan the demand plan and calculate monthly Logistics staff's O.T and Incentives. -Prepare and present logistics reports/ logistic manpower update/Car Update to W.H Manager/Operation Manager.
Plan and execute way plans for Modern Trade routes. Checking stocks against demands before and after loading. Plan ahead and make necessary preparations for the promotion items. Check and reconcile the demand orders with Sales Administration and other necessary departments. Check and reconcile the DMS sales data against actual sales data, coordinate with Sales Administration to update the Sales Orders in the DMS system. Delegate and plan work loads to Logistic Helpers to apply Bar Codes and Stickers on produces as necessary, and other necessary preparations.
Managing Horeca sale teams, support and assist Horeca Executive and Horeca Manager to meet the sales target. Strategize, create, monitor and adjust Sale route and way plan for maximum efficiency Organize and operate Horeca sale team training on regular basis Supervise and manage multiple Horeca teams performing daily activities including sale, operation, POSM inventory and sale report tracking Gather and present market information and outlet’s requirements to Horeca Manager and Executive Optimize sales processes and sales promotion programs. Maintain a good relationship with customers such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias. Analyze and present POSM materials and other requirements. Strong ability to sell and take order of company products so that the buyer likes and accepts it. Record, compile and present sale, POSM items list, and other related marketing information in an orderly manner.

Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Assist in managing stock levels, reordering supplies, and handling returns and exchanges. Build strong relationships with trade partners, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, to drive collaboration and maximize promotional opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in trade marketing to maintain a competitive edge
