Assist and coordinate with brand managers, whole brand and marketing team and relevant stakeholders to achieve set marketing objectives. Collaborate with designer, brand team, brand owners and vendors in developing design, premium items that helps support sales and brand building. Ensure strict adherence to brand guideline & work through brand team & designer to get final approval from brand principals. Ensure timely execution of branding & activation activities Source quality premium items and other POSM items Discover the consumers trends, consumer insights and competitors activities monitoring to stay ahead of the competition Carry out related marketing and brand activities while monitoring competitors’ activities and plans to report back to brand and marketing team Participate regular market visit to be well informed of current market situation Cooperate effectively with trade marketing team, sale team and other departments for maximum success rate
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Provide excellent customer service. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences Maintain meeting minutes Coordinate work space, computer, and supplies for new employees with IT department. Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory Maintain contact lists Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors
-Prepare monthly and annual sales forecasts to set sales target and achieve by volume, SKU and customer account -Effectively oversee Horeca channel’s daily operations to strengthen the operation and logistics process and mitigate risks -Delegate and take necessary actions as required for Horeca team to perform their best -Develop target list of new customers and strengthen front-line relationship with key customer accounts -Communicate effectively and efficiently with both outlets and customers -Monitor and manage Horeca channel’s activities and clear and concise documentation of each activity for conclusive reporting purposes -Hold weekly meetings with Horeca channel Team and/or Brand Managers to address concerns and issues -Survey and compile competitor information, current market situation and future trends and insights from regular market visits -Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization -Perform other related duties and requirements of the Sales Department -Report in timely manner to Director of Sales & Marketing regarding Horeca channel Team’s sales data and activities weekly
Maintain and update accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare financial statements and reports for review. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Assist Marketing Manager in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target. Coordinate with Brand Manager in developing marketing plan and budget. Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities. Conduct marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness among consumers. Generate marketing reports to management when needed. Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals. Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and monitor requisition approvals. • Handle recruitment and selection processes (Job posting, Sourcing, Screening, Initial phone interview, Arrange Interview (F2F and virtual), Offering etc.) • Perform background and reference checks as needed. • Conduct the On-Boarding program to compliance company’s policies, rules and regulations, benefits and organization culture. • Maintain the recruitment tracking system and talent pipelines to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. • Arrange and collaborate the various activities for the employer branding & employee engagement. • Handle the Off-Boarding process such as exit interview, clearance and handover process. • Perform or participate in projects as assigned.
