Oversee the planning, development, and execution of activation campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and experiential marketing events. The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product visibility and sales at the retail level. This role collaborates closely with the sales and marketing teams to align trade initiatives with brand objectives. Key responsibilities include managing in-store promotions, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with trade partners. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products in retail and trade channels. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends, and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Plan and oversee trade promotions, events, and in-store activities to enhance product visibility and sales. Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Create and maintain trade marketing materials, including product displays, promotional items, and sales tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other trade partners. Track and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and campaigns. Provide support to the sales team through training and sharing of marketing insights and materials.
