Job Description An Activation Executive in FMCG who plans and executes in-store and field activations to boost brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and support sales growth in Yangon. Main Responsibilities Plan and carry out product activations, roadshows, sampling activities, and promotional events. Work closely with the Sales, Trade Marketing, and vendor teams to ensure activities run smoothly. Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback from the field, and prepare post-activity reports. Support POSM installation and help maintain strong brand visibility at key retail outlets. Manage activity timelines, budgets, and execution quality to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned
Assist and coordinate with brand managers, whole brand and marketing team and relevant stakeholders to achieve set marketing objectives. Collaborate with designer, brand team, brand owners and vendors in developing design, premium items that helps support sales and brand building. Ensure strict adherence to brand guideline & work through brand team & designer to get final approval from brand principals. Ensure timely execution of branding & activation activities. Source quality premium items and other POSM items Discover the consumers trends, consumer insights and competitors activities monitoring to stay ahead of the competition. Carry out related marketing and brand activities while monitoring competitors’ activities and plans to report back to brand and marketing team. Participate regular market visit to be well informed of current market situation. Cooperate effectively with trade marketing team, sale team and other departments for maximum success rate.
Identity research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities for the brand. Stay current on market trends and competitive activities. Develop short team and long-team brand strategies and plans. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media. Create designs and layouts for media outlets. Create, execute and manage marketing programs and campaigns. Establish and maintain brand budgets. Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending. Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency. Oversee marketing staff and their one-the-job skill development. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all online platforms. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, content management, data analytics, and campaign optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and a strong digital presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across all channels (social media, website, email, SEO/SEM, digital ads, etc.). Oversee content creation, campaign management, and digital brand storytelling to engage audiences. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all digital platforms. Translate documents, emails, contracts, reports, and other business materials between Mandarin Chinese and Myanmar (Burmese). Provide interpretation support during meetings, business discussions, site visits, and other company activities. Help ensure smooth communication between Chinese-speaking clients, business partners, and internal teams. Review translated documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper business terminology. Handle confidential information carefully and responsibly. Complete translation tasks within given deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support. Identify and explore new outlets in the assigned area. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Required to work overtime based on business needs.
