Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage and implement the recruitment and selection process and strategies. Review the current process and develop the future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage the performance management system that drives high performance. Manage and implement compensation plans and benefits program. Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs for group. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Implement and develop the business strategies and promote the product and service. Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors and strong in analyzing the consumer behaviors. Have strong experienced with a variety of marketing channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Identify the potential new markets and create a plan to enter those markets and work together with S&M team for inspirational advertisement ideas. Insight all the marketing campaign processes and familiar with the latest marketing trends, technologies and methodologies with graphic design, web design, production, etc. Have strong connection and experienced with media organizations and advertising agencies. Have creativity on valued and engaged contents for website and blog that can be attracted and enhanced the target groups. Prepare and control the marketing budget by quarterly and annually and proficient in Budget allocation. Review and approve the end-to-end processes of marketing resources, designs and case studies. Prepare and report the performance of marketing ways, sales target, gain insight and assess against goals. Cooperate with marketing team to cross-functional groups including Sales, Service Team, or Customer support to be the effective marketing strategies. Analyze and evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve the branding and exposure. Familiar with the traditional and emerging marketing channels and implement to increase the market share by conducting the market research.
