Job Summary: Responsible for calculating on general Quantity Surveying skills such as estimation, detailed cost plans, price comparisons, BOQ preparation, method of measurement, company standard measuring practice and design guide line etc. Responsible for applying fire safety suggestion letter and getting fire safety certificate. Responsible for quality control and third-party inspection. Key Responsibilities: Ensure robust, accurate and timely in the preparation of cost plan, bills of quantities and system design. Work closely with the design economies and identify the opportunity of value engineering. Assist to Assistant Engineer in costing, technical, specification, contract, project. requirement, system design approval and manage the project. Assist to all department in project requirement Duties/Responsibilities: Receipt and register of project enquiry documents and filing in server Ground survey Prepare design drawing , take off BOQ and prepare estimate quotation Coordinate with supplier for price list and comparison of cost Coordinate with customer for correct document information for applying FSC Coordinate with engineer department from MFSD for applying FSC Understanding job specification , scope of work , condition and related issues Coordinate with supplier for price list and comparison of cost Prepare conceptual drawings , shop drawings , combined service drawings , detail design drawings , final as-built drawings and hydraulic calculation Work with site team to update project BOQ and final drawings
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions. Utilize various sourcing channels; online job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting the applications. Have knowledge about up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices. Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Onboard new recruits and ensure a smooth transition into the company. Handle the employee database well and prepare HR-related reports and data. Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances. Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor, depend on the urgent and important needs.
Implement and develop the business strategies and promote the product and service. Build strategic relationships and partnership with key industry players, agencies and vendors and strong in analyzing the consumer behaviors. Have strong experienced with a variety of marketing channels like content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups. Identify the potential new markets and create a plan to enter those markets and work together with S&M team for inspirational advertisement ideas. Insight all the marketing campaign processes and familiar with the latest marketing trends, technologies and methodologies with graphic design, web design, production, etc. Have strong connection and experienced with media organizations and advertising agencies. Have creativity on valued and engaged contents for website and blog that can be attracted and enhanced the target groups. Prepare and control the marketing budget by quarterly and annually and proficient in Budget allocation. Review and approve the end-to-end processes of marketing resources, designs and case studies. Prepare and report the performance of marketing ways, sales target, gain insight and assess against goals. Cooperate with marketing team to cross-functional groups including Sales, Service Team, or Customer support to be the effective marketing strategies. Analyze and evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve the branding and exposure. Familiar with the traditional and emerging marketing channels and implement to increase the market share by conducting the market research.
Set goals and develop the plans for business and revenue growth. Set individual and team goals for business development team and develop the strategies to meet the goals. Implement the organizational process, develop the organizational goals and policies. Identify target customers and implement specific customers by sectors. Initiate and build a strong relationship with key decision makers of various companies from specific lists. Have initial study about company products and promising channel to introduce the specific customers. Develop the brand awareness, advertisement, printing and digital marketing. Make sure to update the design of selected tools such as company orientation ppt, branding slides-guidelines and promotion items/package. Develop the Marcom plan, budget allocation and standardization of budget spending for each PR, new product/ service launching and contribute in each promotion event and preparing gift items. Prepare the video clips, message and effective product/service information on social media with explicit ideas and promote the MSP website and social media page with new creations. Collaborate with Management, Finance, HR and other related departments including government offices. Prepare the report of monthly and yearly business plan and business goal with related documents. Do the key researches to comprehend the business and project drivers of sectors, customers and potential opportunities. Take responsible the training process for the development team member in accordance of business development, team development and self-development.
