What we do

The Letpadaung Copper Project is located at Letpadaung in the Sagaing Division and is part of a larger project known as the Monywa Copper Project, which is developing the Sabetaung & Kyisintaung (S&K) deposits within the Monywa Copper Geological Complex. Myanmar Wanbao Mining Copper Limited, which will be responsible for the complete development of the Letpadaung deposit, has adopted the Environmental and Social assessments reviewed by the AATA International Inc. in 1996. Due to the absence of suitable guidelines, Australian Standards for environmental protection have been implemented and sustained.
