•Plan, prepare, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and facilities in the Office and Production areas. Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the approved schedules and company standards. •Monitor equipment conditions and performance, identify potential issues, and take timely action to minimize downtime and operational disruptions. •Respond promptly to urgent equipment breakdowns by coordinating closely with relevant Engineers, Maintenance Technicians, and external Suppliers to ensure quick troubleshooting, repair, and restoration of operations. •Prepare daily task schedules for Maintenance Technicians, assign duties based on priority and skill level, and supervise the execution of assigned tasks to ensure work quality and safety compliance. •Review, verify, and submit daily maintenance reports and breakdown records to the direct reporting manager, including details on completed work, pending issues, and follow-up actions. •Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable standards, and support continuous improvement of maintenance practices.
•Study, understand, and interpret motorcycle design drawings, technical specifications, and assembly documents related to new model development and introduction. • Analyze and clearly explain change points between different models, including differences in design, structure, components, materials, and assembly processes, to support smooth implementation on the production line. •Work closely with Assembly Managers, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support model improvements, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Assist in implementing required actions for improvement, including trial builds, feedback collection from assembly lines, and follow-up on corrective actions. •Support new model introduction (NMI) activities by evaluating each model’s strengths, weaknesses, performance characteristics, and assembly feasibility. •Prepare and maintain technical documentation, change records, and improvement reports, and ensure information is properly shared with relevant stakeholders. •Participate in meetings, training, and cross-functional discussions related to new model development, localization, and mass production readiness. •Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out in compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and safety requirements.
Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (online/ offline advertisement: social media, print ads , TV, radio etc.), exhibitions and promotional events. Develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea. Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures. Identifying the most suitable media platforms to advertise and achieve the objectives of the marketing campaign. Analyzing data, thinking creatively and designing innovative strategies to make sure marketing campaigns reach target audience in the most effective way. Assessing the impact and suitability of different media types used to target certain markets Developing various options for media. Analyzing the client's post-campaign results and recommending refinements. Interacting with internal and external partners to evaluate, implement, and maintain a media plan. Collecting and analyzing information on different media channels, such as newspapers, radio, magazines, television, films, the Internet, and outdoor posters and digital billboards.
