QIC Investigation of WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL REPORT from dealers for issuing QIC to supplier in one day for rank A and three days for rank B and C. Follow-up with supplier on pending QIC for the proper Countermeasure to production line & Market treatment. Study TI from ASH and issue Service Bulletin (SB) to dealer in 5 days. Monitor speed of issuing warranty and technical report , QIC Issue to supplier and SB to DLR and put effort to reduce the speed from time to time in order to feedback the information to ASH and DLR quicker. Monitor situation of QIC issues by comparison with Warranty top 10 and report to superior once a month. Make summary report of QIC for monthly Market Quality meeting. Make monthly report to service manager by the end of each month. Assist other staff if necessary WARRANTY Receiving, review and monitoring of warranty claim data from 3S showroom and Mini 3S shop. Judge warranty claim accurately when warranty and technical report is received. Monitor situation of approved, reject and reimbursement of warranty claim to 3S/Mini 3S Analyze Warranty Claim Database for the benefit of Product Quality Improvement. Conduct Warranty Training to dealers for skill improvement. Prepare the Warranty Claim Application to supplier (HM/ASH). Monitor situation of reject claim and payment from to supplier and report to superior for taking necessary action to reduce the reject claim every month. Monitor wrong warranty and technical report from each dealer and prepare manual of warranty and technical report to educate the dealer from time to time. Make warranty report for monthly meeting.
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director (MD) and Board of Directors (BOD), both native and non-native speakers. Oversee the Intellectual Property (IP) section, coordinating with overseas suppliers to address infringement issues and strengthen IP rights in Myanmar, while enhancing the company’s brand image. Serve as an executive assistant to the Directors’ Office, ensuring all operations are efficiently managed and properly organized. Act as a liaison between the Directors’ Office and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation for the MD and BOD. Prepare and issue official documents such as invitation letters, recommendation letters, and supporting paperwork for expatriate visa applications. Handle eVisa applications and related requirements for the MD and BOD. Translate documents between Myanmar and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Organize and manage meetings, including scheduling, venue preparation, agenda distribution, and follow-up. Accurately record meeting minutes and maintain proper documentation and filing systems to ensure information is accessible and delivered to the right stakeholders. Draft and issue internal memos, manage data entry, and maintain efficient communication flow. Organize in-house training programs for General Managers and office managers. Manage administrative allowances such as phone bill reimbursements for staff. Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, including staff parties, dealer conferences, and other company functions. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the MD and Directors.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Assist with posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing new hire paperwork. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. Prepares new employee files. Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files. Performs other duties as assigned. Prepares the documents for SSB & Income Tax. Prepares the new ID card and Uniform.
Conduct area surveys to assign dealers and ensure that sales targets are achieved. Report survey findings to the relevant manager in a timely manner. Verify that dealers are operating and distributing motorcycles in accordance with the Dealer Contract. Systematically maintain accurate records of dealers’ names and addresses. Ensure the timely distribution of required promotional (POP) materials and gifts to each dealer. Supervise the proper distribution of gifts for the Mini 3S Showroom Promotion. Liaise with relevant parties and take responsibility for Vehicle Inspections (Yin-Sit-Maint) for motorcycles purchased by dealers, when required. Manage motorcycle ownership records for motorcycles purchased by dealers. Foster strong relationships with dealers through consistent and effective communication. Ensure dealer compliance with the company's policies and brand standards. Assist the General Manager and Dealer Development Manager with assigned tasks, as required. Additional Duties & Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.
