Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities. Prepare and process Purchase Orders for stationery, office supplies, and other office requirements. Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary. Maintain proper filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork. Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external organizations when required. Assist with visits to government offices and other external organizations for document submission and related matters. Support the team with general administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans. Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum. Conduct follows up audits to monitor management’s interventions. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards. Perform other works as assigned from time to time by superior.
Supervise and control motorcycle parts inspection and quality activities. Ensure all parts meet the required quality points and standards. Monitor production plans and targets, and follow up on action plans to achieve targets. Control inspection parts to reduce NG parts and ensure good-quality parts are delivered to the Inspection Zone and Assembly Zone (FA). Prepare accurate reports and maintain proper quality and part-control data. Ensure all operators follow the required Operation Standards, Safety Standards, and Quality Standards. Coordinate with Production, QC, FA, and related departments to resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs for employees. Perform risk assessments in Production, Warehouse and Office areas and report findings to department heads. Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive safety actions. Organize and conduct fire safety practices, including fire drills, in accordance with company and legal requirements. Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan and monitor regular preventive maintenance for machinery, equipment and air-conditioning systems. Ensure full compliance with government regulations related to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of workplace safety standards.
