Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), search engines, in-app platforms, and display advertising. Plan and implement a monthly content calendar focusing on Reach (paid ads, influencer posts), Awareness (product features, brand storytelling), and Engagement (polls, contests, live sessions) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and in-app channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social media promotions, to maximize ROI. Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots and influencer collaborations to support marketing needs and boost brand visibility. Execute app promotion strategies to drive downloads, usage. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform Strong in coding and methodologies with Proof of work (e.g. github contributions) & have published one or more Android apps in the app store (should be able to demo the App) Develop and maintain various system integrations which include application to application integrations, services, internal and external APIs Ability to design mobile code and implement both functional and non-functional requirements Expertise in Modern Mobile Architecture as well as software design patterns to ensure the productivity, maintainability and scalability Experienced in Mobile Native UI, Realm, Networking, Persistency, Multithreading, performance, push notifications, concurrency, Java for Android, and Security Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in a full-stack development tools and technologies and partner with Product/Business teams
