Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs. Developing sales strategies and setting quotas. Maintaining a database of contact information. Responsible for site Survey of all ELV system in the client site. Preparation of the project Bill Materials. Assist sales team with customer’s technical request and support operation. Create Drawing and Schematic Designs for ELV technical solutions using Auto CAD and Revit. Product Training & Demonstration to the client and internal teams. Setting up meeting with clients for Design proposals. Work together with sales teams to understand user requirements. Participate in ELV site selection survey and reviews. Able to work with internal operation teams for site conditions of requirement Critical ELV equipment design will include CCTV, ACS, Fire Alarm, MATV, IPBX, Nurse Call etc.…, Able to travel domestically with superior for project presentation Participate on behalf of company in exhibitions or conferences. Willingness to learn more about all ELV solutions, such as PGS & PMS system, Barrier Gate, and Others… Reporting to your Manager
