Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment. Marketing & Merchandising Plan and implement in-store promotions, product sampling, and brand activation activities. Ensure planogram compliance and attractive product display in stores. Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and pricing trends. Data Analysis & Reporting Track sales data, stock levels, and market share in modern trade channels. Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports for management. Provide market insights for new product launches and promotional campaigns. Team Supervision Lead and guide promoters, merchandisers, and in-store marketing staff. Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution quality.
